Lenhardt Rodgers | Architecture + Interiors represents the fourth generation of a firm that started back in 1957. Joyce Lenhardt and Phil Rodgers met while in Architecture school at Temple University. They have been working together since 1986. We have a strong firm with both regional and national experience. We provide Architecture, Master Planning and Interior Design services for a range of project types including Senior Living, Places of Worship, Educational, Commercial and Residential.
We provide thoughtful, innovative, and high-quality planning and design services that are first and foremost responsive to the client’s goals. We maintain our smaller firm size to provide personalized service and personal involvement of our Principals on every project. At the same time, we are large enough to provide comprehensive services for projects of all sizes and complexities.
Lenhardt Rodgers is committed to environmental responsibility. We seek to deliver sustainable design on every project as a matter of good practice. We use the United States Green Building Council LEED program as a model, even when LEED certification is not sought by the client. With LEED accredited architects at the principal and staff levels, we are able to incorporate into the design process proven sustainability principles that generate value for our clients.
The work of Lenhardt Rodgers is not characterized by an office style or signature. Rather, our work is intentionally transparent in that the look of each project results from our close interaction with a particular client in the context of the distinctive parameters of the client’s culture, the program, and the site. We believe that the resulting individuality is a strength of each project we deliver.
