Energy Efficient Infill Housing Abundant Natural Light

The Mott Cottages consists of four duplex buildings and two car ports – similar to the neighboring older cottages. Adjacent cottage buildings are connected to the near-by carport via a network of covered walkways. These cottages replace a former large parking lot and small older community building. Each cottage has ample windows flooding the living space and kitchen with natural light. The buildings have a high level of sustainability and energy efficient design elements.
