Philip J. Rodgers, AIA, NCARB
In his leadership role, Phil is often behind the firm’s business relationships, providing management oversight on most projects. With over 35 years of experience in planning and architecture, Phil’s diverse portfolio of project types includes places of worship and senior living, as well as educational projects and commercial office space.
As a licensed professional planner, Phil also directs many of the firm’s master planning efforts. He excels at space planning and site plans, lending a hand on many projects in the office.
Sharing an alma mater with Joyce Lenhardt where they were classmates, Phil was awarded his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and continues as a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He was an active member of the C12 group, a Christian business advisory group, served on the Board of Managers for the Ambler Area YMCA, and as a visiting Juror for Temple University College of Engineering and Architecture among many affiliations throughout his career.
Phil took part in three relief mission trips to Puerto Rico just months after hurricane Maria cut across the island as a category 4 hurricane in September of 2017. Work involved cleaning storm debris, tarping houses and helping to distribute food, water and cleaning supplies to people affected by the storm.
Little known fact: Phil spends his time cheering for his son during track and cross-country events and rides his Harley Davidson motorcycle as much as possible.
